Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Routizer platform ("Service") operated by Routizer ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@routizer.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may use Routizer only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent access controls, scrape data automatically, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or harms other users.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Routizer (jobs, contacts, routes, delivery records). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Business plan customers are covered by a separate SLA.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period, with notice where practical. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
