This Privacy Policy describes how Routizer ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform at routizer.com and app.routizer.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company details) when you sign up, as well as operational data you enter (jobs, routes, contacts) and usage data generated while using the platform (GPS coordinates from drivers, job timestamps, delivery photos and signatures).

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Routizer platform, send customer notifications on your behalf (SMS and email), authenticate users, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely on servers within the EU and/or US, depending on your region. Delivery photos and signatures are stored in AWS S3 with encryption at rest. GPS tracking data is retained for 90 days by default.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Google Maps (routing and geocoding), Twilio (SMS notifications), AWS S3 (file storage), Ably (real-time communication), and Stripe (payment processing). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Your rights
